Best baked goods (cookies and cake slab) I’ve ever had! James is really friendly and gave great service. So glad I found this company.
It was excellent working with Sophie at the Sussex Bakehouse to create our wedding cake and brownies. Sophie was super responsive and flexible throughout the whole process. From receiving the tasters to cutting the cake, everything was straight forward and professional. On the day the cake looked beautiful with fresh fruit and flowers to decorate and everything was so delicious (Although we didn’t get to taste the brownies on the day as everyone hoovered those up, so we know we picked well!). We felt Sussex Bakehouse was also great value for money as well.
Sussex Bakehouse made our wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious! I recently had been diagnosed as Coeliac and Sophie kindly said she could make the cake gluten free for us. Not only did it look stunning but it tasted amazing too! Highly recommend!
We ordered a box of Easter eggs and WOW they were delicious! They arrived through the post in a really cute box with ribbons and the eggs looked really wonderful and tasted even better. Our favourites were the eggs with chocolate brownie and white chocolate & raspberry rocky road. We're definitely going to be getting cakes and more treats from them, thank you so much!
These guys are the BEST! We've ordered brownies, cookies and a few other bits from their website during lockdown and everything has been absolutely delicious. All the stuff we bought was posted to us and arrived in great condition. Their stuff was so good that we also used them to make our friends birthday cake and I can tell you it was one of the best things I've ever eaten! The cake looked as good as it tasted too and they delivered it to our friend in Brighton with no hassle. We love these guys and will definitely be coming back for more from their bakery - I would 100% recommend Sussex Bakehouse.
